Shape: These are closely related to the size adjectives. They, as their name suggest, give us some information about the shape of the noun. For example: round, angular, rectangular, flat, etc.
Colour: A colour adjective describes the colour of the noun. For example: red, green, black, pinkish, etc.
Pattern: As the name suggests, these adjectives tell us about the pattern (if any) of the noun. For example: chequered, striped, spotted, flowery, floral, zigzag, etc.
