Kinds of Adjectives
Possessive Adjectives: – The adjectives which are used to show the ownership or belonging of something (a noun) are called as ‘Possessive adjectives’. There are seven Possessive Adjectives. They are My, Your, Our, Their, His, Her and Its.
Examples:
Reema is her friend.
This is his bag.
My car is outside.
They are our neighbours.
In a sentence, the possessive adjectives are always followed by a noun.

Demonstrative Adjectives: – The adjectives which are used to point out a noun are called as ‘Demonstrative adjectives’. This, these, that, and those are demonstrative adjectives.
